Is your Divi call to action button missing or not showing?
This is not a bug but you just have to place a link in the Link field and the button will show.
To do this follow these steps:
Step 1:
Open your Call to Action module.
Step 2:
Under Content expand the Link tab.
Step 3:
In the Button Link URL field, you can place your button link.
Now your button will show.
